I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to learn from Kelsey my cake decorating instructor! She was so patient, encouraging, and supportive throughout the entire experience. Anytime I struggled with something, she was right there to help, explain it in a way I could understand, and show me how to improve without ever making me feel discouraged.

I’ve learned SO much from this class, especially with my piping and decorating techniques, and I honestly feel so much more confident in my skills now. 🥹🎂 You can really tell she cares about her students and want to see everyone succeed.

I’m definitely leaving this experience with skills I’ll continue to use in my baking journey and memories I’ll always appreciate.
